Allison Shea Reed is an essay specialist at American College Consulting. She is an actor, singer, playwright, and producer with over ten years of experience in audition coaching, essay writing, and ACT/SAT preparation. 

Allison graduated from New York University studying Broadway Acting and Musical Theatre. She more recently completed her Master's degree in Dramatic Writing at Savannah College of Art and Design. 

Allison is the Founder and Artistic Director of RedWit Theatre and continues to cultivate her love of performance in Los Angeles, California. She channels her expertise in writing and the spoken word to help clients perform their best at essays, personal statements, auditions, and interviews – all crucial elements of the admissions process. 

Allison is also Colleen and Ron’s daughter, making American College Consulting the family firm.
